PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 102 VA 23 Painted Hills Subdivision Variance Jorgensen Associates, Inc. • A Variance Request application of 150 feet for the Minimum Curve Radius within the proposed Painted Hills Subdivision from the 250-foot foot requirement of CH 6.18 Subdivision Road Design Specifications Road Type Table. The applicant is proposing 100-foot radius curved roads. • Location: Approximately 3 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T32N; R119W; Section 20 & 21 B. 102 CUP 22 Ivie Plantation Recreational Vehicle Park Ivie Plantation, LLC • A Conditional Use Permit Application for a 2.40± acre Recreational Vehicle Park on a 24.05± lot including eight (8) recreational vehicle spaces and a 165 square foot service building. • Location: 1.9 miles northwest of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming and directly adjacent to the Etna Community. Linford Trust c/o Sam and Lisa Linford • An Amended Plat application for an amendment to adjust the boundary line between Lot 3 of Bitter Creek Ranches and the land to the south owned by the Linfords. This Plat amendment would move the boundary line between the two properties further to the south making Lot 3 of Bitter Creek Ranches 20.00 acres. The project site is within the Rural Zone. • Location: 1.8 +/- miles west of Afton, Wyoming, T32N R119W Section 34 D.
