Thayer and Marika Thayer, husband and wife, and Mountaineer Refining Company, Inc., all of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto the Board of County Commissioners of County of Lincoln, Grantee, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit: Those parts of the vacated lots of the Berton Townsite of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 113 and those parts of the vacated streets of said Berton Townsite which are lying and being situate within the Right-of-Way of the LaBarge Creek County Road No. 12-315 as said road is shown on the map of said County Road of record in said Office and secondarily described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of said Road and the west line of said Berton Townsite identical with the west line of the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 14, T26N R113W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, N00º09’31”E, 32.45 feet, of the southwest corner of said N1/2SE1/4; thence N00º09’31”E, 120.08 feet, along said west line to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Road; thence N56º22’33”E, 2053.86 feet, along said northwesterly right-of-way line to a brass cap at the beginning of non-tangent circular curve to the right whose radius point bears S33°38’06”E; thence northeasterly, 46.72 feet, along said northwesterly right-of-way line along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 0º09’37”, having a radius of 16,700.97 feet, with a chord bearing N56º26’42”E, 46.72 feet, to a point on the north line of said S1/2NE1/4, and leave said northeasterly right-of-way line; thence S89º54’04”E, 181.48 feet, along said north line to a point on said southeasterly right-of-way line, said being on a non-tangent circular curve to the left whose radius point bears S32°55’42”E; thence southwesterly, 197.56 feet, along said southeasterly right-of-way line along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 0º40’55”, having a radius of 16,600.97 feet, with a chord bearing S56º43’51”W, 197.56 feet, to a brass cap; thence S56º22’13”W, 2120.74 feet, along said southeasterly right-of-way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING; ENCOMPASSING an area of 5.06 acres, more or less, within said Road right-of-way; the intent of this deed and description is to make it clear that the County of Lincoln has full ownership of the above-described right-of-way of said County Road; SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
