LADANYE, and recorded in Volume 429, Page 482, Official Public Records of Lincoln County, "~Vyoming, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit: Situated in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln, and described as follows: A portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 6 located in the Bedford Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: .. BEGINNING at a point 176.54 feet S 0 degrees 17 01" W from the Northwest comer of said Lot 2; THENCE running East, 654.43 feet to a point in the East line of said Lot 1; THENCE S 0 degrees 10 09" W, along last said East line, 156.77 feet; THENCE N 89 degrees 44 53" W, 654.74 .feet to a point in the West line of said Lot 2; THENCE N 0 degrees 17 03" E, along last said West line, 153.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Quit Claim Deed recorded February 29, 2000, in Book 442PR on Page 182 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk.
