II. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 210 MS 22 Harmon Subdivision Fourth Filing
Mike Shiflett and Marsha Shiflett / Orson Mont Harmon and Loa Mae Harmon
• Proposal to subdivide 23.25 +/- acres into 3 residential lots with an average lot size of 7.75 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Located 1.50 miles Southwest of Afton, Wyoming T31N, R119W, Section 14 B. 211 MS 21 Teresa Porter Subdivision R. Wade Johnson, Trustee
• Proposal to subdivide 28.56 +/- acres into 3 residential lots with an average lot size of 9.52 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Located 5.00 miles Northwest of Afton, Wyoming T33N, R119W, Section 26 C. 102 CUP 23 E-Cubed Industries, LLC Gravel Pit

• A Conditional Use Permit Application for the proposed Limited Gravel Mining
Operation up to 15 acres located in the Rural Zone.
• Located approximately 1 mile southeast of the City of Kemmerer, T20N R116W Section 3 D. 101 VA 23 Richards Subdivision Road and Bridge Variance

• A Variance Request application of 10 feet for the bridge travel way from the 26-foot requirement of CH 6.18 Subdivision Road Design Specifications. The 26-foot travel way is required for the proposed subdivision because the length of the road serving the proposed cul-de-sac is over 500 feet but less than 1,000 feet. There is a bridge that is part
of the travel way which is only 16 feet wide.
• Located 6 miles south of the Town of Afton, WY, T30N R118W Sections 6 & 7, Lot 2 of the Richards Ranch Amended Subdivision.
E. 812 AP 22 Paul Stock 7L7 Ranch Subdivision Amended Second Filing Farren and Tara Haderlie
• A request for a vacation of a portion of a plat, Paul Stock 7L7 Ranch Subdivision. The portion of the plat being vacated will be added to Parcel A as shown on the plat. The vacated portion of the lot has an existing home on it. Lot 2 would end up being 11.54+/- acres and the vacated portion added to Parcel A will end up totaling 6.00 +/- acres. The project site is accessed off of Liberty Lane and WY HWY 238. The site is zoned rural.
• Location: 1.1 +/- miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T32N; R119W; Section 26 F. 417 SS 22 Paul Stock 7L7 Ranch Subdivision Third Filing Farren and Tara Haderlie
• A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 6.0 +/- acres into 2 residential lots with one 2.94+/- acres and the other 3.06+/- acres with an average lot size of 3.0+/- acres in
the Rural Zone.
• Location: 1.1 +/- miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T32N; R119W; Section 26
III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS G. 102 AP 23 Bison Meadows Phase IV Adam C. and Abbie L. Aullman, Eugena R. Moon
• A request for an amendment to adjust the boundary line between Lot 3 of Bison Meadows Phase II and Lot 6 of Bison Meadows Phase III. This Plat amendment would move the boundary line between the two properties further to the east making Lot 3 a
total of 11.91 acres and decreasing Lot 6 to 11.75 acres. Lots 3 and 6 will be replaced with new Lot numbers. The project site is within the Rural Zone.
