The portion of the plat being vacated will be added to Parcel A as shown on the plat. The vacated portion of the lot has an existing home on it. Lot 2 would end up being 11.54+/- acres and the vacated portion added to Parcel A will end up totaling 6.00 +/- acres. The project site is accessed off of Liberty Lane and WY HWY 238.
