ACCESS ROADS:
County Road # 12-115 Clark Lane County Road. The subdivision provides multiple potential
ingress and egress points through potential easements connecting the subject property to lands to
the south and west.
SUBDIVISION ROADS:
The applicant will be able to provide for a 60-foot ROWs. Connections to lands to the south will be
through an easement between Lots 26-27 and connections to the west will be provided on a 60-foot
easement between Lots 86 and 85. A pull-out has been designed between Lots 84 and 85 if the road is less than 24 feet wide.
