II. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 101 VA 23 Richards Subdivision Road and Bridge Variance (Tabled to April 5, 2023)
Craig and Jan Richards
• A Variance Request application of 10 feet for the bridge travel way from the 26-foot requirement of CH 6.18 Subdivision Road Design Specifications. The 26-foot travel way is required for the proposed subdivision because the length of the road serving the proposed cul-de-sac is over 500 feet but less than 1,000 feet. There is a bridge that is part of the travel way which is only 16 feet wide.

• A Conditional Use Permit Application 104-CUP-23 for the expansion of a commercial storage unit facility.
• Located 1.3 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 35 C. 101 SS 23 Blue Grouse Roost North Second Filing David and Jeanele Roberts, Thurman Grover Ranch, LLC
• A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 13.99 +/- acres into 2 lots with one 1.76 +/- acres and the other 12.23 +/- acres with an average lot size of 7.0 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Location: 3.1 miles north of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T33N; R118W; Section 33

• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create 4 lots with an average lot size of 4.71 acres. The project site is within the Mixed Zone.
• Location: 0.8 +/- miles south of Afton, Wyoming, T31N; R119W; Section 13 E. 105 AP 23 Solitude Phase IV
Ingrid B. Pyka
• A request for an amendment to combine Lots 14 and 15 of the Solitude Subdivision.
Combining Lots 14 and 15 would result in one lot of 9.35 acres. The project site is within the Rural Zone.
• Location: 2.9 +/- miles south of Afton, Wyoming, T31N; R119W; Section 23 F. Berton Townsite Deeds
