COMES NOW the Board of County Commissioners, who do hereby make the following
statement of facts: 1. That Lincoln County is the sole owner of Lot 16 of Block 5 and Lot 21 of Block 8 of the Berton Townsite of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 113;
2. That they hereby vacate said Lot 16 of Block 5 and said Lot 21 of Block 8 in accordance with Section 34-12-106 Wyoming Statutes, 2021, as amended; 3. That the rights-of-way for utilities, such as electrical power lines and gas lines, presently
installed and operating are hereby affirmed;
4. That the reason for the plat vacation is to be able to combine these vacated lots with the adjoining lands so they become a single, unique parcel with said adjoining lands; 5. That the County Clerk is hereby respectfully requested to write the word “vacated” across the face of said plat and make reference to the same in the Book and page where it is recorded in accordance with Section 34-12-110, 2021, as amended;

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jerry W. Hansen, Kent Connelly,
and Teri Bowers, Commissioners, as constituted and being the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten
and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto Donald D. Thayer
and Marika Thayer of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, their heirs and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have
or ought to have, in or to all the following described property:
Vacated Lot 16 of Block 5 of the Berton Townsite of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County as Plat No. 113 and that part of vacated Lot 21 of Block 8 of said Berton Townsite lying and being situate northwesterly of the northwesterly right-of-way line of the LaBarge Creek County Road No. 12-315. SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
