VI. 103 CUP 23 Sunroc Corporation DBA Depatco Gravel Pit (Tabled to April 19, 2023) a. A Conditional Use Permit Application for the proposed expansion of an existing gravel mining operation located in the Rural Zone.
b. Located approximately 3 miles northwest of Star Valley Ranch., T35N R119W, Part of E1/2 NW1/4 of Section 2 VII. 102 MP 23 & 111 MA 23 Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II Master Plan a. Proposal for a Conditional Use Permit Application to modify Master Plan 704-PZ-05 adding additional lots, and a Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide 37.02 +/- acres into 66 residential lots with an average lot size of 0.56 +/- acres in the Mixed Use Zone. b. Located 2.8 miles northwest of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 10 VIII. 101 CUP 23 Etna Village Post Apartments
a. Proposal for 16 residential apartments up to 2 stories each are proposed with a density of eight (8) units per acre on two lots totaling 2.04 acres. There are four (4) apartments per building and each building has a proposed footprint of 4,622 square feet (18,488 square feet total combined/proposed footprint). The proposed maximum structure height is 35’-0”. b. Located 2.3 Miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, NE1⁄4SE1/4 of Section 10
