PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 103 CUP 23 Sunroc Corporation DBA Depatco Gravel Pit (Tabled by the applicant to the June 7, 2023 BCC Meeting) Sunroc Corporation • A Conditional Use Permit Application for the proposed expansion of an existing gravel mining operation located in the Rural Zone. • Located approximately 3 miles northwest of Star Valley Ranch., T35N R119W, Part of E1/2 NW1/4 of Section 2 B. 102 SS 23 Grover Narrows Subdivision David Perkins • A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 2 +/- acres into 1 residential lot with an average lot size of 2 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: 3.6 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T33N; R118W; Section 31 C. 103 SS 23 Lone Pine Estates Michael and Julie Humpherys • A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 29.45 +/- acres into 2 lots with one 2.0 +/- acres and the other 27.45 +/- acres with an average lot size of 14.73 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone. • Location: 0.3 miles southeast of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, T34N; R119W; Section 1 III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS D. 106 AP 23 Little Pine Subdivision 6th Filing Randy and Sally Humpherys, Jerry Humpherys • A request for an amendment to adjust the size of Lot 3 of the Little Pine Subdivision. The Lot 3 currently totals 2.91 acres and would increase to 4.29 acres. The lot has existing buildings and will use their existing access onto Perkins/Extension Co. Rd. 119. The project site is within the Rural Zone. • Location: 0.5 +/- miles south of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, T34N R119W Section 1 E. 107 AP 23 White Tail Meadows 2nd Filing Amended Emmett Mavy and XL Storage c/o David Jenkins • A request for an amendment to adjust the boundary line between Lot 3 and Lot 4 of White Tail Meadows 2nd Filing. This plat amendment would move a portion the boundary line between the two properties further to the west making Lot 3 a total of 5.479 acres and increasing Lot 4 to 7.794 acres.
