'' ~ i {-1 '~ Know All Men By These Presents: That for and in consideration of the sum often Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt of whlch is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Green River Livestock Company, a W_vomimz Corporation of the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby grants to THE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82009-3340, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the right to layout, construct, inspect, operate and maintain a road for the use of the public over and across the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit: The right-of-way hereby granted being more particularly described as follows: PARCEL No. 1: A parcel of land located in the NE~SW¼ of Section 14, T. 23 N., R. 113 W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, lying between the presently existing northwesterly right-of-way boundary of State Highway No. 189 and a parallel right-of-way line 150 feet to the left or northwesterly side when measured at right angles to the following described survey line of highway, said parallel right-of-way line begins on the southerly boundary and ends on the easterly boundary of said NE ~SW ~ of Section 14. Commencing at a point on said survey line from which the southwest comer of said Section 14 bears N. 89°59'04.5'' W. a distance of 408.20 feet (said comer being monumented by an aluminum survey cap, L.S. 2615) and the south ¼ comer of said Section 14 bears S. 89°59'04.5'' E. a distance of 2,232.09 feet (said comer being monumented l~y awaluminum survey cap, L.S. 625); thence N. 52° 13'00.0" E. a distance of 1,953.04 feet to'the TRUE POINT OF BEgiNNING; thence with a parallel right-of-way line 150 feet to the left or northwesterly side as the northwesterly boundary and the southerly boundary of said NE¼SW¼ of Section 14 being the southerly boundary of this parcel, N. 52 o 13'00.0" E. a distance of 133.76 feet; thence with a parallel right-of-way line 150 feet to the left or northwesterly side as the northwesterly boundary of this parcel and the presently existing northwesterly right-of-way boundary as the right or southeasterly boundary of this parcel, continuing N. 52° 13'00.0" E. a distance of 776.33 feet; thence continuing with the parallel right-Of-way line 150 feet to the left or northwesterly side and the easterly boundary of said NE¼SWN of Section 14 as the easterly boundary of this parcel, continuing N. 52 o 13'00.0" E. a distance of 81 feet, more or less, until said parallel right-of-way line intersects the easterly boundary of said NE ¼ SW¼ of Section 14. The above described strip of land contains 2.12 acres, more or less. ' Basis of bearing for the above described parcel of land is S. 89 °59'04.5" E. between the southwest comer and south ¼ comer of said Section 14. PARCEL No. 2: A parcel of land located in the Sw¼NE¼ of Section 14, T. 23 N., R. 113 W. of the 6th P.M.I Wyoming, bounded on the easterly side by the easterly boundary of said sW¼NE~A'of Section 14, bounded on the south side by the southerly boundary of said S W¼NE ¼ of Section 14 and bounded on the northwesterly side by a parallel right-of-way line 150 feet. tO the left or northwesterly side when measured at.right angles to the following described survey line of highway, said parallel right-of-way line begins on the southerly boundary and ends on the easterly bounda~ of said SW%NE¼ of Section 14. Commencing at a point on said survey line from which the northeast comer of said Section 14 bearsN. 01 °23'40.1" E. a distance of 1,286.61 feet (said comer being monumented by an aluminum survey cap, L.S. 2615) and the east ¼ comer of said Section 14 bears S. 01 °23'40.1" W. a distance of 1,387.08 feet (said comer being monumented by an aluminum survey cap, L.S. 6953); thence S. 48 °33'00.0" W. a distance of 2,249.07 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence with a parallel right-of-way line 150 feet to the left or northwesterly side, N. 48 °33'00.0" E. a distance of 628 feet, more or less, until said parallel right-of-way line intersects the easterly boundary of said SW ¼NE ¼ of Section 14. LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom any portion of that certain tract of land described as Parcel B in Book 18 at Page 511 and Book 300PR at Pages 296 and 297 of the Lincoln County Records. The above described strip of land contains 1.21 acres, more or less. Basis of bearing for the above described parcel of land is S. 01 o 23'40.1" W. between the northeast comer and east ¼ comer of said Section 14. PARCEL No. 3: A parcel of land located in the SW¼SW~, Lots 11 and 37 of Section 12, T. 23 N., R. 113 W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, lying between parallel fight-of-way lines (or as otherwise stated), said parallel right-of-way lines 300 feet apart, being 150 feet on each side when measured at right angles to the following described survey line of highway, said parallel right-of-way lines begin on the southeriy boundary of said Section 12, and end on the northerly boundary of said Lot 37 of said Section 12. Commencing at a point on said survey line from which the southwest comer of said Section 12 bears S. 89 °46'38.9" W. a distance of 1,470.64 feet (said comer being monumented by an aluminum survey cap, L.S. 2615) and the south ¼ comer of said Section 12 bears N. 89 °46'38.9" E. a distance of 1,173.89 feet (said comer being monumented by an aluminum survey cap, L.S. 2615); thence S. 50o44'58.6'' W. a distance of 185.05 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence with a parallel right-of-way line 150 feet to the left or northwesterly side, being the northwesterly boundary and the southerly boundary of said Section 12 being the southerly boundary of this parcel, N. 50 °44'58.6" E. a distance of 370.10 feet; thence with parallel right-of-way lines 300 feet apart, being 150 feet on each side, continuing N. 50°44'58.6",E. a distance of 116.95 feet to the point of beginning ora circular curve concave northwesterly, the radius of which is 17,000.00 feet; thence continuing with the last described parallel right-of-way lines, northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 02 ° 1 I'58.6" a distance of 652.64 feet to the point of ending of said curve; _ thence continuing with the last described parallel right-of-way lines, N. 48 °.33'00.0" E. a distance of 1,961.30 feet; thence continuing with the parallel right-of-way line 150 feet to the right or southeasterly side and the northerly boundar);ofsaid Lot 37 as the northerly boundary of this parcel, continuing N. 48 o 33'00.0" E. a distance of 166.81 feet to a point on the northerly boundary of said Lot 37 from which Comer No. 4 of said Lot 37 bears N. 89 °29'16.5" W. a distance of 2,280.89 feet (said comer being monumented by a brass survey cap, L.S. 2615) and the north closing comer of said Lot 37 on the east boundary of Section 12 bears S. 89°29'16.5'' E. a distance of 1,608.27 feet (said comer being monumented by an aluminum survey cap, L.S. 2615); thence continuing with last described boundariesl continuing N. 48 °33'00.0" E. a distance of 167 feet, more or less, until said boundaries intersect. LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom any portion of that certain tract of land described as Parcel C in Book 18 at Page 511 and Book 300PR at Pages 296 and 297 of the LincOln County Records. The above described strip of land contains 12.06 acres, more or less. Basis of bearing for the above described parcel of land is N. 89°46'38.9" E. between the southwest comer and south ¼ comer of said Section 12. Grantor also grants the right of ingress and egress~to and from the said land for2any and all purposes necessary and incident to the exercise by the grantee, and the public, of the rights granted by this conveyance. ,. Grantee agrees to construct culverts of suitable size across such ditches and laterals of grantor as necessary for proper operation of his irrigation system. Grantor hereto do hereby waive and release all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming insofar as affected by this conveyance. Grantor will not use, or permit to be used, the conveyed property for any purpose whatsoever; that exclusive use is hereby granted to the grantee. The grant herein contained is an easement and shall be perpetual so long as the main traveled portion of said land is used for the aforementioned purposes, and whether or not actually fenced or used in its entirety for the aforementioned purposes.
