HomeMy WebLinkAbout886067EXTINGUISHMENT OF EASEMENT ^ 606'/ REVERSION ~F INTEREST RL,.,,_, v -D LINCOLN COUNTY .CLERK 02 OFt. -5 ,,,"~'~, 11'. 0fi On March 27, 1939, the State of Wyoming acting by and through its Board of Land Commission~r"S Wyoming State Highway Department Grant of Easement No. 416 for a Highway over the hereinafter described 58.43 acres, more or less, situate in Lot 41, Resurvey T.22N., R. 114W.; Section 36, Resurvey T.23N., R. 114W.; Tract 41; the SW¼SW¼, and Lot 11, Section 12, Resurvey T.23N., R.113W., of the 6~h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, as duly recorded Instrument No. 138799, at Page 353, in Book 5 of Mixed Records, of the Lincoln County Records and more particularly described as follows: "A parcel of land 200 feet in width being 100 feet on each side of a center line across Lot 41 (Section 16), Resurvey Township 22 North, Range 114 West; Section 36, Resurvey Township 23 North, Range 114 West; Tract 41 (Section 16); the SW¼SW¼ and Lot 11, Section 12, Resurvey Township 23 North, Range 113 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west boundary of said Lot 41 which point is 294.0 feet North of the N Comer on the West boundary of said Lot 41, which point is on a 1 °curve to the left, the radius of which is 5729.6 feet, and the tangent to which at said point bears N. 69° 52' E.; thence along said curve through an angle of 2° 06' 209.4 feet; thence N. 67° 46' E. 4258.6 feet to the point ofa 1° curve to the right, the radius of which is 5729.6 feet; thence along said curve through an angle of 7° 42' 770.0 feet; thence N. 75° 28' E. 415.5 feet more or less to a point on the East boundary of said Lot 41 which p6int is 280.0 feet South of Comer 1, said Lot 41, Resurvey Township 22 North, Range 114 West containing 25.95 acres, more or less. Also, Beginning at a point on the South boundary of said Section 36, which point is 1180.0 feet East of the SW Comer of said Section 36;.thence N. 47° 53' E. 5500.7 feet, more or less, to a point on the East boundary of said Section 36 which point is 1032.0 feet North of the E¼ Comer of said Section 36, Resurvey Township 23 North, Range 114 West, containing 25.25 acres, more Or less. Also, Beginning at a point on the South boundary of said Tract 41, which point is 181.7 feet S. 52° 13' W. of a point which is 384.2 feet S. 0° 01' W. of the Comer Sections 14, 15, 22, 23, Resurvey Township 23 North, Range 113' West; thence N. 52° 13' E. 540.0 feet to a point on the East boundary of said Tract 4i, containing 2.48 acres, more or less. Also, Beginning at a point on the South boundary of said Section 12 which point is 1570.0 feet East of the SW Comer of said Section 12; thence N. 48° 33' E. 1035.0 feet to a point on line with Comers No. 1 and 2, Lot 37, Resurvey Township 23 North, Range 113 West, containing 4.75 ~cres, more or less. The total acreage of the right of way granted is 58.43 acres, more or less, in Lincoln County, Wyoming." Now, therefore, the Transportation Commission of Wyoming, does for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby quit claim and release from the above referenced Grant of Easement No. 416 dated March 27, 1939, any and all rights of title, claim or use conveyed to it, in and to the herein above described parcel of land, and said Commission does hereby agree that any and all right, title and interest of the Commission in and to the Grant of Easement shall revert to the State of Wyoming, acting by and through its Office of State Lands and Investments.
