HOLTSINGER AND AGNES HOLTSINGER, Husband and Wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10,00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO HARVEY W. RITTER, a Single Person, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 3008, Alpine, WY 83128 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of Section 12, T33N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described 'as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of U.S. 89 N. Highway, N 38010, E, 1620 feet, more or less, from the southwest corner of said Section 12 and running thence N 9000, W, 1025 feet, more or less, from the southwest comer of said section 12, thence N 0°0' E, 350 feet, more or less, to the north bank of Salt River, thence Easterly along said North bank to its intersection with the centerline U.S. 89 N. Highway, thence southeasterly along said centerline 270 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
