AFFIDAVIT TERM A J&NT TENANCY
I, BA~A~ L. HOUS~P~R, being o¢la~l age ~d duly sworn according to law,
upon oath depose and say: ....
1. That WILL~M ~CHA~ HOUSKE~P~R and ~t were Hushed ~d Wife
until William ~chard Houskeeper's death on August 14, 2002;
2. That by certain Warranty Deed, dated May 19, 1992, and filed with the Uinta County
Clerk's Office on June 15, 1992, in book 600, Page 432, conveying and affirming possession of
real property to William R. Houskeeper and Barbara L. Houskeeper, Husband and Wife, as
Tenants by the Entireties, the following described real property, to-wit:
Real property in sE1/4NE1/4, Section 25, Twp31, R119W, more particularly described
as2
Lot 20 in block 7 of the Platte Addition to the Town of Lyman, Uinta County, Wyoming,
together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, fights-of-way, reservations, restrictions and
existing or fi~ture oil and gas and/or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise
affecting said lands.
3. The Husband and Wife, as Tenants 'by the Entireties, reflects rights of survivorship,'
which by Wyoming law conveys rights of survivorship, title thereto vested in the property from
. the date of conveyance as described in the above deed to the date of death of the said William R.
Houskeeper, which occurred on August 14, 2002, as aforesaid;
4. That by reason of and on the date of' death of the said William R. Houskeeper,
title to the above-described real property vested absolutely in the Affiant; and
5. A copy 0fthe official Certificate of Death of the said William R. Houskeeper,
having been certified by a public authority is hereby attached and made a part of hereof as
Exhibit "A" and terminating his interest and title in the real property.
FURTHER, Affiant saith not.
