AGENCY CORRESPONDENCE: Lincoln County Weed & Pest Control District: No comments were received and 60 days has passed. Star Valley Conservation District: Noted that due to a large variation of groundwater levels in this section, SVCD recommends soil cuts to determine groundwater levels. If ground water is high, we recommend an enhanced septic system and no basements. We recommend that soil cuts be taken in the spring/early summer when groundwater is highest. If soil cuts are done at other times know that static water level can fluctuate according to the amount of high-water runoff from year to year. £¤89 Thayne 02 11 01 03 12 33 21 2220 30 3534 2919 31 27 23 32 2628 07 03 1109 04 08 10 020506 3635 272326 34 22 24 25 33N 119W 34N 119W 34N 118W 33N 118WLisa CourtZella Court Scenery Road Noble LaneHEINER, MARGARETETAL PETERSON,JOSEPH K & JENNIFER R HEINER,MARGARET ETAL MILLER, MARTIN G &SUSAN O SCHNEIDER, BRIAN A & CHERYL RCO-TRUSTEES JURGENSEN,DENNIS & DONNA J.
