TENTATIVE AGENDA LINCOLN COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION (PZC) Wednesday, July 19, 2023 6:00 P.M. VII. 101 CUP 23 Etna Village Post Apartments a. Proposal for twelve residential apartments up to two (2) stories each are proposed with a
density of 5.88 units per acre. Twenty-four bedrooms have been included in the septic analysis. There are four (4) apartments per building and each building has a proposed footprint of 4,621 square feet (13,863 square feet total combined/proposed footprint). This project is proposed to be located on two 1.02 acre lots west of US HWY 89 in Etna, Wyoming behind the Etna Trading Company. Property is within the Mixed-Use Zone and appropriate for high density housing. b. Located 2.3 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 10 VIII. 106 CUP 23 Big Sky Miniature Golf a. Proposal to develop and build a 19-hole Miniature Golf Course located on land roughly
9,900 square feet in size within a Mixed Zone 24.05-acre parcel near Etna, Wyoming. The property is located on US HWY 89 with a current use of residential, a restaurant and a Recreational Vehicle Trailer Park. b. Located 1.9 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, E1⁄2NE1⁄4 of Section 15
IX. 105 MA 23 Silver Spur Estates Subdivision – Preliminary Plat a. Proposal to subdivide 35.22 +/- acres into seven (7) residential lots. The average lot size will be 5.03 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. There will be six (6) lots of roughly 2 acres and one 23 acre lot. The lots will share a private subdivision road “Blue Steel Road and Daisy Mae Drive” off of Bedford North CR 121. Each lot will have individual wells and individual engineered-enhanced septic systems permitted directly through Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. b. Located 1.5 miles east of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming T34N, R118W, Section 20 X. 108 MA 23 Alpenglow Hills Subdivision – Preliminary Plat a. Proposal to subdivide 106.8 +/- acres into twenty-one (21) residential lots. The average lot
size will be 5.00 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. The lots will share a private subdivision road “Yellow Star Road” off of Prater Canyon CR 116. Each lot will have individual wells and individual engineered-enhanced septic systems permitted directly through Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.
b. Located 1.6 miles west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 26
