AGENCY CORRESPONDENCE: Lincoln County Weed & Pest Control District: Noted that the site was inspected and there was no sign of
noxious weeds present. If noxious weeds do appear the landowner will need to treat this issue themselves
or hire a commercial applicator. Star Valley Conservation District: Noted that due to groundwater levels in this section being extremely close to the surface SVCD strongly recommends enhanced septic systems and no basements. Soil cuts are
also strongly recommended. SVCD recommends that soil cuts be taken in the spring/early summer when
groundwater is highest. If soil cuts are done at other times know that static water level can fluctuate
according to the amount of high-water runoff from year to year.
