II. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 101 CUP 23 Etna Village Post Apartments Mathew Burtness
• Proposal for 12 residential apartments up to 2 stories each are proposed with a density of 5.88 units per acre on two lots totaling 2.04 acres. There are four (4) apartments per building and each building has a proposed footprint of 4,621 square feet (13,863 square feet total combined/proposed footprint). The proposed maximum structure height is 35’-0”.

• Proposal for a Conditional Use Permit to develop a build a 19-hole Mini Golf Course located on land roughly 9,900 square feet in size within a Mixed Zone on a 24.05-acre parcel near Etna Wyoming.

F. 111 MA 23 Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II Second Filing - Final Plat TGH Industries, LLC
• Proposal for a Major Subdivision Final Plat application as part of the “Second Filing” of Master Plan 102-MP-23 proposal to subdivide 37.02+/- acres into sixty-six (66) residential lots, and one Utility Lot with an average lot size of 0.56 +/- acres, in the Mixed Zone. Lots 62-128 will be phased.
• Located approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming
in Section 10, T35N, R119W G. 113 AP 23 Broken Wheel Ranch Second Filing Mark Mosgeller
• A request for an amendment to combine Lots 36 and 37 of the Broken Wheel Ranch
Subdivision. The lot numbers will be vacated and a new lot number will be assigned. The project site is accessed off of Hawthorn Drive and within the Rural Zone.
