VI. 101 RZ 23 Star Valley Springs Rezoning and Master Plan a. A Rezone request of approximately 31.1 acres from Rural to Mixed zoning. This rezone request is in conjunction with a Conditional Use Permit Application File # 108-MP-23 to
subdivide and master plan a 49.56-acre property into 34 lots with 30 multi-family lots, four (4) commercial lots and one park/community area for property located at the northwest corner of Muddy String Road and Lost Creek Road. Approximately 18.4 acres of existing Mixed zoning is to remain. Approval of the Conditional Use Application for a Master Plan is contingent upon the approval of the rezoning application. b. Located 1 mile north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming T34N R119W, SE1⁄4SE1/4 of Section 1 VII. 103 MP 23 Etna North RV Park - Master Plan Modification a. A Master Plan Modification request for the RV Park section as part of a 92.37-acre Master Plan File #102-PZ-19. This modification is requesting confirmation for the east 25 of 50 RV
spaces to be used as year-round use. It is also requesting to allow RV’s, Park Models, and Tiny Homes on the 25 spaces in the east half of the project. b. Located 2.5 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 2 VIII. 105 CUP 23 Star Valley Shipping Container Storage
a. Proposing commercial storage units comprising 162 shipping containers with 112 units being 8 feet wide, 40 feet long, and 10 feet tall and 50 units being 8 feet wide, 20 feet long, and 9 feet tall located on 3.5-acre portion of a 5.489-acre lot in the Rural zone. b. Located .75 miles north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming T34N, R119W, Section 13 IX. 101 PZ 23 LUR Amendment - Modification to Chapter 4.3 & 6.2 a. A modification to Chapter 4.3 of the Land Use Regulations, to Exempt Simple and Minor Subdivisions from the new state subdivision fencing requirements. A modification to Chapter 6.2 of the Land Use Regulations, to require land owners to install required street signs. b. Located: All of Lincoln County
X. SKETCH PLANS a. Major Subdivision, Valley of the Burm Third Filing, Within Section 31, T34N R118W b. Major Subdivision, Refuge West Fourth Filing, Within Section 19, T37N R118W

XII. Establishment of Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws a. Lincoln County Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws Adopted, Effective Immediately, July 19, 2023 as Amending Resolution Dated November 30, 2011.
