PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 110 SS 23 Willow Creek Ranch 8th Filing William Bunnett • A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 35 +/- acres into 2 lots with one lot of 10.1+/- acres and the other lot of 24.9+/- acres with an average lot size of 17.5+/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Located 4.6 miles southeast of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, T33N, R118W, Sections 7 & 8 B. 111 SS 23 Colby Subdivision Greg and Melanie Hutchison • A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 3.92 +/- acres into 1 lot of 3.92 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Located 21 +/- miles north of the City of Kemmerer, Wyoming, T25N, R115W, Section 33 III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS C. 118 AP 23 Salt River Heights 3rd Filing Anthony and Kelly Pranger • Request for an amendment to adjust the boundary between Lots 16 and 18 of the Salt River Heights Subdivision. This adjustment will result in one lot of 2.06 acres and the other of 13.59 acres with an average lot size of 7.83 acres. The lot numbers will be vacated and a new lot number will be assigned.
