WItEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has
heretofore and on the 4t~ day of December, 2002, duly entered an Order authorizing and
directing LINDA K. BOYDEN, as Personal Representative of the Estate ofHERVEL W.
LANE, Deceased, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter
described, upon the performance of certain conditions by Grantee; and;
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said Order of
Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee;
NOW, THEREFORE LINDA K. BOYDEN, as Personal Representative of the
Estate ofHERVEL W. LANE, Deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being
hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto
JOHN L. ALTOBELL and DASHA M. FORAN, Grantees, all of said estate's right, title
and interest in and to the following described real estate to-wit:
Home and Real Property known as 434 Aspen Way, Lot 17 Plat 2
Star Valley Ranch, 1.12 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, thc Grantor has executed this Deed this "(~-- day of
