A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide approximately 36 acres into 8 residential lots in the Rural zone with a 4.5 acre average for this phase. b. Located 2 miles southeast of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, T34N R118W Section 31 VII. 103 PMA 23 Emigrant Meadows II Subdivision a. Proposing to subdivide approximately 76.91 acres into 12 residential lots in the Rural zone located roughly 4.8 miles northwest of the Town of Afton. This will be a phased project with Lots 6, 7 and 8 being the first phase. The planning approach will be to create a Preliminary Plat for the entire proposed 76.9-acre subdivision and then Final Plat each phase. b. Located 6 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming T32N, R119W, Sections 5 & 6 VIII. 101 RZ 23 Star Valley Springs Rezoning and Master Plan a. A Rezone request of approximately 31.1 acres from Rural to Mixed zoning. This rezone request is in conjunction with a Conditional Use Permit Application File # 108-MP-23 to subdivide and master plan a 49.56-acre property into 34 lots with 30 multi-family lots, four (4) commercial lots and one park/community area for property located at the northwest corner of Muddy String Road and Lost Creek Road. Approximately 18.4 acres of existing Mixed zoning is to remain. Approval of the Conditional Use Application for a Master Plan is contingent upon the approval of the rezoning application. b. Located 1 mile north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming T34N R119W, SE1⁄4SE1/4 of Section 1 IX. 101 PZ 23 LUR Amendment - Modification to Chapter 4.3 & 6.2 a. A modification to Chapter 4.3 of the Land Use Regulations, to Exempt Simple and Minor Subdivisions from the new state subdivision fencing requirements. A modification to Chapter 6.2 of the Land Use Regulations, to require land owners to install required street signs. b. Located: All of Lincoln County X. SKETCH PLANS a. Minor Subdivision, Monarch Meadows, Within Section 28, T35N R119W b. Major Subdivision, Zoey’s Landing, Within Sections 21 and 22, T32N R119W c. Major Subdivision, Elk Flatts Subdivision, Within Section 24, T36N R119W XI.
