II. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. 104 MA 23 Valley of The Burm Third Filing Josh Burmester and Rylee Burmester / Bart W. Taylor and Julie S. Taylor
• A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide approximately 36 acres into 8 residential lots in the Rural zone with a 4.5 acre average for this phase.
• Located 2 miles southeast of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, T34N R118W Section 31 B. 103 PMA 23 Emigrant Meadows II Subdivision Heart M. Land & Livestock, LLC
• Proposing to subdivide approximately 76.91 acres into 12 residential lots in the Rural zone located roughly 4.8 miles northwest of the Town of Afton. This will be a phased project with Lots 6, 7 and 8 being the first phase. The planning approach will be to create a Preliminary Plat for the entire proposed 76.9-acre subdivision and then Final Plat each phase.

• Request for an amendment to combine the vacated portion of 1st South Street with the
existing Lots 3 and 4 of Block 13 of the Auburn Townsite. Lots 3 and 4 will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned. The project site is accessed off of Auburn Townsite Co. Rd. 197 and within the Mixed Zone.
• Located approximately 4 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T32N, R119W, Section 4
D. 120 AP 23 Renegade 4th Amended Riparian Lands II, LLC
• Request to amend the land use table for Lot 20 of the Renegade Subdivision. This amendment would change the table from residential/commercial to residential. There will be no change to the boundary or lots sizes within the Renegade Subdivision. The project site is accessed off of Greys River Road and is within the Recreational Zone.
• Located approximately 25 miles southeast of Alpine, Wyoming, T34N R116W Sections 5 & 8 E. 121 AP 23 Renegade 5th Amended Riparian Lands IV, LLC
• Request to amend the land use table for Lot 29 of the Renegade Subdivision. This amendment would change the table from residential to residential/commercial. There will
be no change to the boundary or lots sizes within the Renegade Subdivision. The project site is accessed off of Greys River Road and is within the Recreational Zone.
