DOUGLAS L. HEAD and KATHERINE. ELIZABETH HEAD, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 1128, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantors, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged,
TITENSOR, husband and wife,
hereby convey to MITCH TITENSOR and ELLEN C.
of P.O. Box 1222, Thayne, Wyoming 8~127, JOHN H.
TITENSOR and DEBRA C. TITENSOR, husband and wife, of 1136 County Road 117,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and JOHN D. ROBERTSON and CONNIE CHRISTINE
ROBERTSON, 1088 County Road 117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantees, and their heirs,
successors, and assigns, a 40-foot wide perpetual right-of-way easement on the' following
described real estate situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, for the following purposes and under
the following conditions:
1. DESCRIPTIO~ OF EASEMENT. The easement is described as fOllows:
See attached Exhibit A.
2. PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. The easement shall be for the purpose of
providing a perpetual 40-foot wide right-of-way easement for ingress, egress, and utilities to the
properties described in the deeds attached hereto.
21. EASEMENT CONDITIONS. The easement is subject to the following
conditions:
(a) that any improvements made within the right-of-way easement shall be at the sole
.expense of the person making the improvements unless otherwise agreed in writing; and

(b) that no gate(s) shall be placed across the right-of-way easement Without the
agreement in writing thereto by all persons entitled to use of the fight-of-way easement.
4. EASEMENT RUNS WITH TIlE LAND. The fight-of-way easement created
herein shall run with the lands identified in the four (4) deeds to Grantees, attached hereto, and
shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the owners of the properties identified
therein, and to their respective heirs, successors, or assigns.
5. RELEASE OF HOMESTEAD RIGHTS. Grantors hereby release and waive
any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

Head - Titensor 40 Feet Wide Right-of-Way Easement
A portion of the Head property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in BOok
465PR, on Page 275, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
located within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 18, T34N, Rl18W, of the 6th. P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the South line being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe found marking the Southwest corner of said Head
property, said point being 499.14 feet N89°56'56"E, along the South line of said
SWI/4NW1/4 from the Referenced P.K. Nail marking the Paul N. Scherbei RLS
164, 1986 location for the Southwest Corner of said SW1/4NWI/4; thence
N89°56'56"E, continuing along the South line of said SWI/4NWI/4, .795.22 feet
to the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1990
location for the Southeast Corner of said SW1/4NWI/4.
