I. DEVELOPMENT REPORT

II. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. 109 MA 23 Trespass Ranch Subdivision Trespass Ranch, LLC
• A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide approximately 129.31 acres into 25 residential lots in the Rural zone at 5.03 acre average.
• Located 2.25 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Sections 21, 22, 27 & 28 B. 101 RZ 23 Star Valley Springs Rezone Appeal Star Valley Springs, LLC
• A request to Rezone approximately 20.9 acres from Rural to Mixed Zoning. This request is in conjunction with a Conditional Use Permit Application File 108 MP 23 to subdivide and master plan 49.5 acres. The project site is located on the northwest corner of the Muddy String Co. Rd. 117 and Lost Creek Co. Rd. 120 intersection. The approximately 19.3 acres of existing Mixed Zoning is to remain.
• Located 1 mile north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, T34N R119W Section 12 C. 101 PZ 23 LUR Amendment - Modification to Chapter 6.2 Lincoln County Planning and Development Office
• A modification to Chapter 6.2 of the Land Use Regulations, to require land owners to install required street signs.
• Located: All of Lincoln County
III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS
D. 102 MA 23 Painted Hills Subdivision - Final Plat Meadows Holding Company, LLC
• A Major Subdivision Final Plat proposal to subdivide 240 +/- acres into 36 residential lots ranging in size from 3.25 to 13.37 acres. The average lot size will be 6.5 +/- acres in
the Rural Zone at a density of .334 units per acre. The lots will share private subdivision roads off of State HWY 238 west of Afton.
• Located 2.5 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming T32N R119W, Section 21 E. 106 MA 23 Lost Creek Meadows Subdivision - Final Plat WSP Partners, LLC
• Proposal to subdivide approximately 128.43 acres into 25 residential lots in the Rural zone at a potential density of .389 units/acre. Each lot will have individual wells, and individual septic systems that meet Wyoming DEQ Standards.
• Located 1.12 miles south of the municipal boundary of the Town of Star Valley Ranch
and 1.06 miles northeast of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming T34N, R118W, Section 19 F. 122 AP 23 Mel Nield Family Subdivision

• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create 1 lot with an average lot size of 2.5
+/- acres. The project site is within the Rural Zone.
• Location: 0.8 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T35N R119W Section 35
