A. 110 MA 23 Vista Hills Estates Second Filing Zach Clyde & Bret Findlay
• A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide approximately 62.8 acres into 12 residential lots in the Rural zone at 5.2 acre average.
• Located 1 mile northwest of the municipal boundary of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, T35N R119W Section 35 B. 113 MA 23 Refuge West Fourth Filing Subdivision Palisades Investments, LLC
• A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide approximately 12.23 acres into 6 residential lots in the Rural zone at 2.04 +/- acre average.
• Located 0.17 miles west of the municipal boundary of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, T37N R118W Section 19 C. 102 PZ 23 LUR Amendment - Modification to Chapter 4.3 Lincoln County Office of Planning & Development
• A modification to Chapter 4.3 of the Land Use Regulations, to Exempt Simple and Minor Subdivisions from the new state subdivision fencing requirements.

• A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 2.58 +/- acres into 2 residential lots with one lot of 0.98 +/- acres and the other lot of 1.60 +/- acres with an average lot size of 1.29 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone.

III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS E. 108 MA 23 Alpenglow Hills Subdivision - Final Plat Topside Development, LLC, Golden Dog Development, LLC and CTGX Holdings, LLC
• A Major Subdivision Final Plat application proposal to subdivide 106.8 +/- acres into twenty-one (21) residential lots. The average lot size will be 5.00 +/- acres in the Rural
Zone. The lots will share a private subdivision road “Yellow Star Road” off of Prater Canyon CR 116.
• Located 1.6 miles west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N R119W Section 26 F. 119 AP 23 Auburn Townsite Block 13 Second Filing Curtis and Shelia Hunsaker, Robert Blake Jenkins and Jessica Ellen Jenkins, Blair and Ellen Hurd
• Proposal to combine the vacated portion of 1st South Street with the existing Lots 3 and 4 of Block 13 of the Auburn Townsite. Lots 3 and 4 will be vacated and new lot numbers
will be assigned. The project site is accessed off of Auburn Townsite Co. Rd. 197 and within the Mixed Zone.

• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create 4 lots with an average lot size of 0.73 +/- acres. The project site is within the Rural Zone.
