• A modification to Chapter 4.3 of the Land Use Regulations, to Exempt Simple and Minor Subdivisions from the new state subdivision fencing requirements.

• A Major Subdivision Application to subdivide 78.27 +/- acres into 15 residential lots with an average lot size of 5.22 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Located 0.25 miles west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T34N R118W Section 6 C. 101 CUP 24 Alpine Auto Care Snake River Properties, LLC ℅ Dusty Jones
• A Conditional Use Permit Application to create an auto repair shop in Alpine, Wyoming on 0.98+/- acres in the Mixed Use Zone.
• Located 2.12 miles south of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming T36N R119W Section 10 D. 113 SS 23 New Frontier Subdivision

• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create 3 lots with an average lot size of 3.0 +/- acres. The project site is within the Rural Zone.
