ARNOLD A. LARSON, a single man, Grantor, of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, for and in cOnsideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to CALVIN BARNES, a
single man, Grantee, whose address is Star Route, Kemmerer, Wyoming
83101, the following described real estate, situate in'Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
The Lots Three (3) and Four (4) and the S~NW¼ of Section 1 in
Township 26 North, .Range 116 West of' the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Wyoming.
Tract 46-A, original described as the SW¼SE¼ of Section 2;
Tract 43, originally described as the NE¼ of Section 11; the
E~ of Tract 45, originally described as the NE¼NW¼ of Section
11; the Tracts 44-A, 44-B, 44-C and 44-D of Section 11, all in
Township 24 North, Range 114 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Wyoming, ex~eDting, however, a parcel of land in
said Tract 44-B of said Section 11, Township 24 North, Range
114 West, described as follows: "Beginning at the Northeast
corner of said Tract 44-B and running thence South 80 feet;
thence West at right angles 80 feet; thence North at right
angles 80 feet; thence East at right angles 80 feet to the
point of beginning".
The Lots 16, 17 and 18 of Section 2 in Township 24 North,
Range 114 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming,
according to the official plat of the survey of said land,
returned to the general land office by the Surveyor General;

particularly described as follows: Beginning at corner No. 4;
thence S 20.86 chains to corner No. 3; thence South 89018'
East 20.06 chains to corner No..2; thence North 41.68 chains
to corner No. 1; thence North 89o19' West 20.055 chains to a
point; thence South O°ll, East 20.88 chains to corner No. 4,
the place of beginning, formerly described and patented as

point which is identical with Corner No. 2 of platted Tract

of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
EXCEPTING THEREFORE, HOWEVER, that part of the E% of Section
29, Township 25 North, Range 115 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Wyoming,' West of the West right of way fence along
the public road, containing 51.46 acres, more or less and
further described as follows: Beginning at the South Quarter
Corner in Section 29, Township 25 North, Range 115 West of the
SiXth Principal Meridian, bearing North 0°02' West, 3378.41
feet, at which point intersects the West right of way fence
along the publicroad; thence bears South 16°41' East, 1071.40
feet; thence bears South 2.8°04' East 707.11 feet; thence bears
South 33°34' East 787.10 feet; thence bears South 06°48' East
1079.32 feet to a point where the West right of way fence
along the public road intersects the South section line of
Section 29, Township 25 North, Range 115 West; thence bears
North 89o57' Wes~.~1207.2 feet to the point of beginning. ~
TOGETHER WITH all water and water rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereunto.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, to Grantor, his heirs and assigns, fifty
percent (50%) of the mineral estate lying in, upon, underlying
or across the above-described premises, including but not
limited to, metallic, non-metallic, coal, oil, gas or other
hydrocarbonous substances, and all nuclear and non-nuclear and
other, fissionable. substances.
SUBJECT, FURTHER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
