OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, a Utah corporation sole, Grantor, hereby QUIT CLAIMS to Todd D.
Beatty and Donna K. Beatty, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, Grantee, of
P.O. Box 523, Alton, WY 83110, for the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, and more particularly described as follows: to-wit:
That part of Section 19, T31N, Rll8W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Corporation of
the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Wollenzien
Tract" dated October 30, 2002.
Subject to easements, rights, rights-of-way, reservations, conditions,
restrictions, covenants and taxes and assessments of record or enforceable in
law or equity, including any survey matters disclosed by the above-
referenced Scherbel survey.

That part of the SE¼SW¼ and that part of the SW¼SE¼ of Section 19, T31N, R118W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 470 of Photostatic Records on
page 756, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said SE¼SW¼;
thence S89°-50'-24"E, 95.76 feet, along the south line of said SW¼SE¼, to a point on the
westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89;
thence N03°-45'-15"W, 375.72 feet, along said westerly right-of-way line, to the southeast
point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 470 of Photostatic Records on page
645;
thence S89°-39'-59"W, 1396.79 feet, along the south line of said tract, to the southwest
point thereof, on the west line of said SE¼SW¼;
thence S00°-01'-50"E, 364.63 feet, along said west line, to the southwest comer of said
SE¼SW¼;
thence S89°-55'-07"E, 1325.41 feet, along the south line of said SE¼SW¼, to the
CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 11.96 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW¼ of Section 19, T31N,
R118W, being SOUTH;

the Clerk of LinColn County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368" or "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 164" with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
