VI. 104 RZ 24 Salt River Roofing Rezone a. A Rezone Application requesting to Rezone 1.69 acres from Rural Zone to Mixed Use Zone. b. Located directly south of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R118W, Section 6.
VII. 103 CUP 24 Haystack Vehicle Storage a. A Conditional Use Permit Application to create outdoor vehicle storage at Haystack Mountain RV and Storage in Thayne, Wyoming on 5.38+/- acres in the Mixed Zone. b. Located 1 mile north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming in T34N, R118W, Section 7. VIII. 104 CUP 24 Chaparro 4-Plex a. A modification of a Conditional Use Permit to add an additional bedroom to each of the four (4) units and locate a three (3) bedroom doublewide trailer in Grover, Wyoming on 1.85 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located 4 miles north of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T33N, R118W, Section 29.

A request to modify the 48.49 +/- acre Master Plan file # 106 PZ 21, which was approved previously for 22 residential lots, three multi-family residential lots, one commercial lot, one ice rink, and one community park. b. Located 3 miles north of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T36N, R119W,
Section 35. X. 103 PMA 24 Founders Park Subdivision a. A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide 48.49 +/- acres into 22 residential lots, 3 multi-family lots, 1 commercial lot and 2 parks. The average lot size will be 1.86 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone. b. Located 3 miles north of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T36N, R119W, Section 35. XI. 102 MA 24 Harmon Subdivision Fifth Filing a. A Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide 24.7 +/- acres into four (4)
residential lots with an average lot size of 6.00 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located 1.6 miles southwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R119W, Section 14.
