AGENCY CORRESPONDENCE: Lincoln County Weed & Pest Control District: Noted that at the time of inspection Musk Thistle was present on the property. My recommendation is to implement a weed management plan on the property. For this specie doing a mid to late June treatment with herbicide is optimal. I suggest using a Broadleaf control herbicide like Weed Master or 24d and Escort XP to treat these weeds. Lincoln County Weed and Pest furnishes herbicides for noxious weed control at a 40% cost share discount to the landowner. We also offer ATV sprayers and 25-gallon pickup sprayers for rent. Star Valley Conservation District: Noted that due to a lack of groundwater level data in this section, SVCD recommends soil cuts to determine groundwater levels. If ground water is high, we recommend an enhanced septic system and no basements. We recommend that soil cuts be taken in the spring/early summer when groundwater is highest. If soil cuts are done at other times know that static water level can fluctuate according to the amount of high-water runoff from year to year. £¤89 Star Valley Ranch 333432 3136 35 34 16 09 15 20 07 05 0306 22 04 19 18 1008 17 21 02 15 12 14 10 13 11 03 242223 01 36N 119W 36N 118W 35N 118W35N 119W ³±159 Bir ch CreekRoad FOREST SERVICETHOMPSON, KETHD & JACQUELINE V TRUSTEES FRANKLIN,MICHETLL R RUCKMAN, SUSANTRUSTEE CARN, KRISTA L FRANKLIN,MITCHELL R FORESTSERVICE STATE OF WYOMING CLUB 33, LLC Maxar, Microsoft Simple Subdivision Application Roads Road_Type US Highways WY Highways Projects Public Noticing Township & Range Sections Municipalities File No 101 SS 24 Club 33 Subdivision Club 33 LLC Prepared using available data by Katie Gipson on 16 February 2024.
