KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage,
bearing date the 3 l't day of December, A,D. 1996, made and executed by Daniel T. Halstead and Tarnmy
Halstead, Husband and Wife, As mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, As Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $13,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of'Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 6th day of January, A.D. 1997, in Book 392 of Mortgagee, at page 448-
449, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to Wit:

Is, with a note secured thereby, and a aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Vice President and its Corporated seal to be affixed, this 92 day of December, A.D. 2002.

known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that she is the Vice President of the Jackson State Bank &
Trust and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Cathy Toolson acknowled,ged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
