Baker PE/LS 698 '? 1979, location for the Southeast Corner of said Section 24 (S34-S35 T36N, ;.~ Rll9W S3-S2 T35N, Rll9W); thence N89o07,12,,W along the South line of said ~ SE1/4SE1/4, 1129.20 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence N0o52,48,,E 500.00 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence S89°07,12,,E 1,135.95 feet to an Iron Pipe marking a point in the East line of said SE1/4SE1/4; thence S1039,10,,W, along said East line, 500.05 feet, to the Point of Beginning SUBJECT TO: A 60 foot Right-of-Way Easement for Ingress, Egress and Utilities, along the South line of the above described property. SUBJECT TO: That portion of a 100 foot Right-of-Way Easement, within and along the East line if the above described property, being U.S. Highway 89. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions, Reservations, Right-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
