FINDINGS OF APPROVAL: A. The proposed Family Exempt Subdivision plat is consistent with the Goals and Objectives of the Lincoln County Comprehensive Plan. B. The proposed Family Exempt Subdivision plat is consistent with the policies, procedures and
standards of the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations.
C. The proposed Family Exempt Subdivision plat is consistent with the provisions of W.S. 18-5-301 to 315 and W.S. 34-12-102 to 103.
