F. 809 AP 24 Hidden Pines Estates II 2nd Filing Kenneth and Erin Harrawood • A request for an amendment to adjust the north boundary lines of existing Lot 4 further to the south. This adjustment would increase the size of existing Lot 3 from 7.85 acres to 8.72 acres and decrease the size of existing Lot 4 from 7.22 acres to 6.35 acres. J. 813 AP 24 Auburn Townsite Block 5 Third Filing Cooper Bringhurst • A request for an amendment to combine the vacated portion of 1st North Street with the existing Lots 3 and 6 of Block 5 of the Auburn Townsite and combine existing Lots 3 and 6. The project site is accessed off of Auburn Townsite Co. Rd. 197 and within the Mixed Zone. • Located 4.4 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T33N, R119W, Section 35. K. 206 MS 21 Pleasant View Third Filing Stacey G and Tammy C Heiner Family Trust and Jessica Jenkins • A request for a two year extension of an approved Development Agreement. • Located 4.1 +/- miles southeast of Thayne, Wyoming in T34N, R118W, Section 32. L. 118 ZD 23 Haystack Storage Expansion – Shipping Containers Appeal (Tabled from the June 5, 2024 BCC Meeting) Haystack Mountain RV and Storage • A request to appeal Lincoln County Planning and Development’s denial for the applicants request to add 11 shipping containers as storage units. • Located 1 mile north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming in T34N, R118W, Section 7.
