WHITNEY AND DIANA WHITNEY, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is P.O. Scherbel labeled "Jeffrey D. Whitney and Diana Whitney, Parcel A-Amended" dated December 4, 2002. ' This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land lying outside of land previously· conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded July 21, 1997 in Book 399PR on page 597 of the Official Records of Lincoln County Clerk. RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement for access and utilities, 30 feet in width, to be appurtenant to Grantors adjacent land, as disclosed on map filed November 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 885673 of the Official Records of Lincoln County Clerk.
