AGENCY CORRESPONDENCE:
Lincoln County Weed & Pest Control District: At the time of inspection Hounds Tongue was present
on the property. My recommendation is to implement a weed management plan on the property.
Star Valley Conservation District: SVCD always recommends soil cuts to determine groundwater levels. If ground water is high, we recommend an enhanced septic system and no basements. We recommend that soil cuts be taken in the spring/early summer when groundwater is highest. If soil cuts are done at other
times know that static water level can fluctuate according to the amount of high-water runoff from year
to year. Plat Recommendations: Due to the soils report data regarding septic tanks (see description in soils report paragraph 2). SVCD strongly recommends enhanced septic systems to protect the ground water.
