II. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 110 CUP 24 Alpenglow Hills Lot 1 – Four Guest Cabins CTGX Holdings, LLC
• A Conditional Use Permit application for four guest cabins on Lot 1 of the Alpenglow
Hills Subdivision. Each guest cabin will be approximately 741 square feet in size on a 4.67 acre Lot in the Rural Zone. The lot has an approved permit for a house and guest house. The site will have one well for all structures and two septic systems approved through Wyoming DEQ. The site is accessed off of Yellow Star Road via Prater Canyon Co. Rd. 116.
• Located 1.5 miles west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 26. B. 105 CUP 24 Twin Peaks Storage – Conditional Use Permit Rick, Shane, and Wyatt Earling
• A Modification of a Conditional Use Permit to add storage units and shipping container storage units in the community of Grover, Wyoming on 8.3 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Located 2.5 miles north of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R118W, Section 6.
III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS
C. 203 MS 22 Buffalo H Ranch JD ID WY LLC, James H. Herbert, II
• A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat application proposal to subdivide 40 +/- acres into Five residential lots, with an average lot size of 8.00 +/- acres, in the Rural Zone. The lots share a private subdivision road, Buffalo H Ranch Road, off of County Road 110. Each lot will have individual wells, and individual septic systems.
• Located 3.7 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 35.
D. 103 MA 23 Emigrant Meadows Subdivision Second Filing Phase I Heart M. Land & Livestock, LLC
• A second filing of Phase I of a Major Subdivision Final Plat proposal to subdivide 93 +/- acres into 12 residential lots with an average lot size of 5.00 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. Lots 6, 7, and 8 were created in the second filing of Phase I. The lots share a private subdivision road, Wagon Rut Lane, off of County Road 134.
• Located 5.2 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R119W, Sections 5 and 6.
