PROPOSAL: A Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan proposal to subdivide 20.01 +/- acres into four residential lots with an average lot size of 5 +/- in the Rural Zone. The subdivision will share a private subdivision road with cul-de-sac accessed off of Hurd-Jensen Court County Road 182. The lots will have
individual wells and individual septic systems that meet current State and County standards. The lot is surrounded by agricultural land on the north and east that will require a 25-foot buffer. LOCATION: Located in the community of Grover, roughly 2.5 miles north of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T33N R118W Section 31. OTHER INFORMATION OR CONCERNS: The property has water rights for North Canal, however,
there is no water currently on the property.
