I. DEVELOPMENT REPORT

II. PROJECTS A. 801 AP 25 Star View Estates Fourth Filing Bruce M. Davis or Betty B. Davis
• An Amended Subdivision Plat application to move a lot line between Lots 204 and 205 in
the Star View Estates Third Filing Subdivision. This amendment would increase the size of Lot 204 from 1 acre to 1.35 acres and decrease the size of Lot 205 from 1.85 acres to 1.5 acres.
• Located 3.6 miles northwest of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R119W, Section 21 B. 802 AP 25 Bridger Forest Ranches Amended Eleventh Filing Thomas S. Welstad
• This is a request for an amendment to adjust the boundary lines of existing Lots 14A, 14B and 89 of the Bridger Forest Ranches Subdivision. This adjustment would leave the applicant with only 2 Lots, one of 6.75 acres and the other of 3.43 acres. New Lot numbers will be assigned as shown on the attached plat. The project site is accessed off of Strawberry Creek Road and within the Rural Zone.

• This is a request for an amendment to combine the vacated portion of 1st South Street with the existing Lots 5 and 6 of Block 16 of the Auburn Townsite. The project site is accessed off of Auburn Townsite Co. Rd. 197 and is within the Mixed Zone. Lot numbers 5 and 6 will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned.

• This is a request for an amendment to combine the vacated portion of 1st South Street with the existing Lots 1 and 2 of Block 17 of the Auburn Townsite. This also includes combining existing Lots 6 and 7 of Block 17 of the Auburn Townsite. The project site is accessed off of Auburn Townsite Co. Rd. 197 and is within the Mixed Zone. Lot numbers 1, 2, 6 and 7 will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned.

• A Simple Subdivision application to subdivide 16.11 +/- acres into 2 residential lots with an average lot size of 8.05 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Located 2.1 miles southwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R119W, Section 14.
F. 103 PZ 24 Land Use Regulations Amendment, Shipping Containers as Storage Units Lincoln County Planning and Development
• A Proposed Amendment to the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations requiring a Conditional Use Permit and a foundation for Shipping Containers used as Commercial
Storage Units in both Rural and Mixed Zones.
• Located: Countywide. G. 111 CUP 24 Heiner Storage Appeal Robyn and Eric Heiner
• A Conditional Use Permit to build a commercial storage facility and provide storage for personal equipment. The proposed storage facility consists of two 100’ x 210’ buildings with 30 storage units per building, two 80’ x 434’ buildings with 62 storage units per building, one 50’ x 434’ building with 31 storage units, and one 100’ x 50’ equipment building shed. The project total square footage is 138,140 with 215 total storage units.
The Land Use for the property is Residential/Commercial. It is located in the Rural Zone, on 12.7 +/- acres.
