LINCOL,,'.~ COUNTY CLERK WYOMING SH~E'~D , the duly elected, qualified and acting Sheriff of Lincoln Coun~:;,¢~=~nO: Grantor(s), is to witnesseth that: WHEREAS, under and by virtue of a power of sale contained in a mortgage executed by Bradford Regli, a married man, dated June 1, 2000, payable to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., and recorded on June 2, 2000, in Book 446PR at Page 565 in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, which mortgage pledged the hereinafter described real property; and WHEREAS due public notice was given as required by law and _, Sheriff, pursuant thereto, by and through his duly authorized Deputy, exposed for sale at public auction and then did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 18, 2002, to the purchaser, namely, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., for the sum of $171,477.03, said purchaser being the highest and best bidder and that said sum was the highest and best bid therefore, and the Sheriff, who, thereupon delivered his Certificate of Sale to the purchaser and the same was recorded on July 30, 2002 in BoOk495PR, Page 428 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk; and WHEREAS, more than three months and thirty days have expired since the date of said sale and no redemption has been made of the properties so sold by any person whatsoever; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and of said s~m so paid as aforesaid and in compliance with the Statutes of the State of Wyoming, grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to said Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. all of the following described property, to wit: A portion of the NW1/aNW% (Lot 4) of Section 3, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 3 and running thence S 89°58'46'' E along the North line of said Section 3, 101.55 feet; thence South 221.73 feet; thence East 42.00 feet; thence South 165.68 feet; thence East 313.95 feet to the East line of a parcel of land described in Book 158PR on page 518 of records, of Lincoln County Clerk; thence S 0~09'19" E, 559.81 feet to the Southeast corner of the land described herein; thence West, along the South line of said land, 463.44 feet to the West line of said Section 3; thence N 0°16'04'' E, along last said line, 947.16 feet to the point of beginning. To have and to hold the above described premises, with the appurtenances thereto, unto Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., or its successors and assigns, forever.
