THIS DEED, made this _Sth day of November , 2002 between Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, a corporation duly organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Georgia hereinafter called
Grantor, and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, hereinafter called Grantee:
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted,
bargained, sold and conveyedl and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
unto the said Grantee and its successors in such office, as such, and its assigns forever, all of the
following-described property in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of the NW~ANW~A (Lot 4) of Section 3, T32N RI 19W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning: at the Northwest corner of said Section 3 and running thence S
89058'46'' E along the North line of said Section 3, 101.55 feet;
thence South 221.73 feet;
thence East 42.00 feet;
thence South 165.58 feet;
thence East 313.95 feet to the East line of a parcel of land described in Book
158PR on page 518 of records of Lincoln County Clerk;
thence. S 0°09'19'' E, 559.81 feet to the Southeast corner of the land described
herein;
thence West, along the South line of said land, 463.44 feet to the West line of said
Section 3;
thence N 0°16'04'' E, along lastsaid line, 947.16 feet to the point of beginning.
(Grantor al,so assigns and transfers to the Grantee herein all of said Grantor's claims and
notes, and the judgment, if any, thereon' representing tee indebtedness heretofore secured by liens
on the property hereinabove described and which liens were heretofore foreclosed.)
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and aPpurtenances thereunto belonging,
or in anywise appertaining; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of
the said Grantor, in and to the said property with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
To Have and to Hold the said premises above bargained and described with the
appurtenances unto said Grantej~.~ and its successors in such office as such and its assigns forever.
Said Grantor, for itself and its successors, hereby covenants with the said Grantee and its
successors in such office, as such that it is lawfully seized of an indefeasible estate in fee simple in
and to said premises; that it has good right and Power to convey the same; that they are free from all
encumbrances, except:
Grantor warrants the quiet and peaceable possession of said property, and will warrant and
forever defend the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

elected, qualified, and acting of said corporation, having been
