KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
DELAWARE, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
BRENDA DOBBEN
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 02/21/2001, recorded 02/26/2001 in Official
Records Book 460, Page 228, Document No. 871842 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $130,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.

presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 28 day of November, 2002.
