KNOWN by all these presents that I, Jeffrey C. Jewett, have made, constituted
and appointed and by these presents does make and constitute and appoint
David A. Fagnant, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place
and stead for my use and.benefit as follows:
To execute all documents necessary for the sale of, including, but
not limited to, Affidavits, Warranty Deeds, Settlement Statements,
W-9's, Contracts and Agreements, and any necessary Lender

above stated premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signer might and
could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by
virtue of these presents.
