PROPOSAL: An Amended Subdivision Plat application to move a lot line between Lots 4 and 5 in the Scenic View Subdivision Fourth Filing. This amendment would increase the size of Lot 4 from 9.62 acres to 10.10 acres and decrease the size of Lot 5 from 9.74 acres to 9.26 acres. New Lot numbers will
be assigned.
LOCATION: Located 2.6 miles southwest of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R119W, Section 23.

PLANNING STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners APPROVE File # 806 AP 25, Scenic View Subdivision Fifth Filing, with:
● Findings of Approval A. thru C.

FINDINGS OF APPROVAL:
A. The proposed amended subdivision plat is consistent with the Goals and Objectives of the
Lincoln County Comprehensive Plan. B. The proposed amended subdivision plat is consistent with the policies, procedures and standards of the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations, specifically the policies found in Section 4.7 Amendments to Approved Subdivisions, and the provisions for minor plat amendments, and
consistent with the provisions of W.S. 34-12-106 through 110, providing for plat vacation and
partial plat vacation where such vacating does not abridge or destroy any of the rights and privileges of other proprietors in said plat. C. Since the proposed amended plat does not increase the number of lots in the subdivision in the County, a resolution of approval shall not be required.
