Hillstead Revocable Trust dated 6/18/97, and Lynette Hillstead as Trustee of the Lynette Hillstead Revocable Trust dated 6/18/97, of PO Box 74, Fairview, WY 83119, grantors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to John Edwin Kertesz and Susan Louise Kertesz, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 1845 HighWay 236, Alton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln' County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving' all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Lot 1 of the Ante ope Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the plat filed November 18, 2002, as Instrument No. 885683 of the Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances, all water and water rights, and all oil, gas and other mineral rights associated with the described real property that are owned by grantors. TOGETHER WITH a perpetual, nonexclusive, 60-foot wide right of way easement for ingress and egress and all utilities, for the benefit of grantees and their heirs, successors and assigns, from the Moose Manor Lane County Road No. 416 to the east boundary line of the above-described Lot 1 described as follows: the South 60 feet of Lot 3 of the Antelope Acres Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming. EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto grantors and their heirs, successors and assigns a perpetual, nonexclusive, 60-foot wide right of way easement for ingress and egress and all utilities to the SWl/4NWl/4, the NW1/4SWI/4 and that portion of the SWI/4SWI/4 owned by grantors, all in-Section 11, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M.', Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: the south 60 feet of the east 60 feet of the above- described Lot 1.
