and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Commencing at the Northwest comer of Lot 2 of said Block 9 and running thence East, 80.00
feet along the Northerly line of said subdivision to the original comer of said Lot 1;

thence South 94.96 feet to a point.on the northerly line of Garnet Street;
thence Northeasterly 16.58 feet along an arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a
radius of 25.46 feet and a central angle of 37°18'55;
thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of Canyon Road 97.13 feet along an arc
of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 430.00 feet and central angle
of 12°56'36";
thence N 47°00'15'' W, 52.75 feet;
thence North 71.40 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said subdivision;
thence West 54.00 feet along the northerly line of said Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision
to the point of beginning.
