PROPOSAL: This is a request for an amendment to realign the end of Falcon Drive with the addition of a cul-de-sac turnaround. This realignment will adjust the southern boundary of existing Lot 60 and the northern boundary of existing Lot 61. This adjustment will increase existing Lot 60 to 3.11 acres and
decrease the size of existing Lot 61 to 1.67 acres. New Lot numbers will be assigned.
LOCATION: Located 3.4 miles south of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, in T36N, R119W, Sections 10 and 15.

PLANNING STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners APPROVE File # 807 AP

FINDINGS OF APPROVAL:
A. The proposed amended subdivision plat is consistent with the Goals and Objectives of the
Lincoln County Comprehensive Plan. B. The proposed amended subdivision plat is consistent with the policies, procedures and standards of the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations, specifically the policies found in Section 4.7 Amendments to Approved Subdivisions, and the provisions for minor plat amendments, and
consistent with the provisions of W.S. 34-12-106 through 110, providing for plat vacation and
partial plat vacation where such vacating does not abridge or destroy any of the rights and privileges of other proprietors in said plat. C. Since the proposed amended plat does not increase the number of lots in the subdivision in the County, a resolution of approval shall not be required.

resolution is now in full force and efl'ect,and is in accordance with the provisions of the charter

RESOLVED:That the Association approves the Trail Ridge Subdivision 4th Filing (“4th
Filing”)plat as it will be submitted to the Lincoln County Planning Office for review and approval
by the Board of County Commissioners (“BOCC”)of Lincoln County,Wyoming.
RFiSOLVED:The authorized representative of the Association is hereby authorized to sign
the Subdivision Application for the 4th Filing on behalf of the Association as a co-applicant as the
Association is an owner of land included in said plat.
RESOLVED:The authorized representative of the Association is hereby authorized to sign
the Certificate of Owner’s Signature for the Final Plat for the 4th Filing on behall ol the
Association,once the Final Plat has been approved by the BOCC of Lincoln County,Wyoming,
RFiSOLVED FURTHER:The authorized representative of the Association is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to any interested party that this resolution has been duly adopted,
is in full force and effect,and is in accordance with the provisions of the charter and Bylaws of the
Association.
I further certify that this Association is duly organized and existing and has the power to
take the action called for by the foregoing resolution.
