KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A
Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
August 3, 2001, made and executed by Willard Darrell Nebeker and Bonnie Nebeker
Itusband and Wife and Howard Clint Nebeker, A Single Man as mortgagor, to The Bank of
Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described
as security for the payment of $108,143.43 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
14th day of August 2001, in Book 470 PR of Mortgages, at Page 584, as instrument number
875248, and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 1 of 3 Bar N Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on official plat
filed November 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 885684 of the Official Records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Partial Release of
Real l~state Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this
