II. PROJECTS A. 805 AP 25 Argyle Subdivision Second Filing Richard & Michele Huntsman and Mark & Holly Weston, LLC c/o Mark Weston
• An Amended Subdivision Plat application to move a lot line between Lots 4 and 5 in the
Argyle Subdivision. This amendment would increase the size of Lot 5 from 4.07 +/- acres to 5.47 +/-acres and decrease the size of Lot 4 from 7.06 +/- acres to 5.68 +/- acres.
• Located 3.2 miles southwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R119W, Section 16. B. 808 AP 25 Auburn Townsite Block 11 Second Filing Dale A. Fluckiger & Lanis Fluckiger
• An Amended Subdivision Plat application to move a lot line between Lots 1 and 4 in the Auburn Townsite. This amendment would increase the size of Lot 1 to 2.97 +/- acres and decrease the size of Lot 4 to 0.54+/- acres.
• Located 4.1 miles northwest of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R119W, Section 4. C. 809 AP 25 Jensen Family Exemption No. 2 Nadine Jensen
• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create one 3.5 +/- acre lot in the Rural Zone. This is the third family exempt lot created on this property.
• Located two miles north of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R118W, Section 6. D. 810 AP 25 Jensen Family Exemption No. 3 Nadine Jensen
• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create five lots with an average lot size of 15.8 +/- acres in the Rural Zone

• A Major Subdivision Phased Plat to subdivide 35.08 +/- acres into 7 lots in the Rural Zone. This is Phase II of the approved Master Plan for Etna Ranch Subdivision.
